As the toll from the weekend tornado in Joplin, Mo., increased to 122 dead and 750 missing Tuesday, search-and-recovery crews continued to race to find survivors of the disaster that wiped out much of the city. Gwen Ifill discusses the magnitude of the disaster and recovery with FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate.
