For the third time in three days, President Obama met with congressional leaders but failed to reach a budget agreement to avoid a government shutdown. Jim Lehrer talks to The Wall Street Journal's Naftali Bendavid and Washington Post's Ed O'Keefe about continuing budget brinksmanship that has Democrats and Republicans worried.
