On the eve of the historic peace accord between Israel and Egypt, President Jimmy Carter travels to both nations to finalize the framework for peace. This episode aired just 10-days before the agreement was signed. 31-months later after the signing, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat was assassinated and was succeeded in office by Hosni Mubarak.
