In her documentary "Senorita Extraviada," Lourdes Portillo investigates the murders of 271 girls in the border town of Juarez. In this interview, Portillo describes the fear and silence she experienced during filming, and the need to expose these crimes and raise awareness. (This is a rough cut from the POV archives.)
