  • Rating: NR
Al Qoyawayma is a Hopi engineer, artist and a current Smithsonian research fellow in Hopi ceramics. Although he works as an engineer, he gathers the past in the pots he creates. In the traditional way, he collects his clay from the mesas, grinds the temper by metate, and hand builds his pots.
