A piece of legislation designed to help struggling Wisconsin schools is making its way through the state Senate before it wraps up its current legislative session this week. One of measure in this bill would grant more power to the state superintendent of schools to step in to help ailing schools. Superintendent of the Department of Public Instruction Tony Evers discusses this new legislation.
